Mind Control Madness

The Washington Post Magazine is open minded to the possibility that thousands of people are victims of government mind control experiments. Too open minded.
I once had a cellmate in federal lockup who was convinced the government, with the help of university scientists, had planted a microchip in his brain. He also heard people talking about him in the heating vents -- he'd sometimes yell back at them -- and believed that everybody around him, including me, had secret radio receivers on which they were listening to a private 24-7 broadcast devoting to spreading scurrilous lies about his character.
In every other way he was perfectly normal, and a genuinely nice guy. He was in custody for serving as a lookout in a marijuana smuggling operation, and he had a full and intelligent comprehension of his legal situation, and the statutes and cases that affected him. (No, he was not offering an insanity defense). If you didn't get him on the subject of the microchip or the hidden radios, you'd have no idea there was anything wrong with him, and he'd beat you at chess.
So perhaps I should write a 7,000 word story "investigating" the possibility that there really was a microchip in his brain.
Some of his beliefs are demonstrably false -- I had no secret radio receiver, and there were no voices in the vents -- so I'll gloss over those, or bury them deep in the article. That'll leave more space to write about how common his belief is: lots of people think the government has planted microchips in their brains. Surely they can't all be wrong!
The nice thing about this line of journalism is that it offers limitless material. In the '50s and '60s, mental patients believed that Russians were conspiring against them. In the '70s, they tended to think that NASA had placed a machine on the moon that controlled their brains. In the 80s it was microchips, and in the '90s it was the internet. Who's to say the CIA can't control people's appendages through their web pages. After all, as my investigative reporting will reveal, the internet is a product of military research funding.
In 2007, the delusion de jour is that the government is beaming voices into victims' minds. At Wired News, we get e-mail from self-described victims of this attack from time to time. The Washington Post Magazine story by Sharon Weinberger raises the possibility that it's all true.
Weinberger's argument rests largely on the fact that the people she interviews don't seem mentally ill to her. Her article begins with that point. "If Harlan Girard is crazy, he doesn't act the part ... Girard is wearing pressed khaki pants, expensive-looking leather loafers and a crisp blue button-down. ... At 70, he appears robust and healthy -- not the slightest bit disheveled or unusual-looking."
The word "crazy" works well here because it's an all-or-nothing proposition. If you're crazy, you're incoherent, unkempt, odd-looking, and you can't dress yourself. Since none of the people she interviewed fit that description, there must be a germ of truth in their beliefs. Right?
Of course, as with my former celly, victims of mental illness aren't always the wild-eyed, straightjacket-wearing cartoon characters that Weinberger seems to think they are. I'm not a doctor, and I don't claim to have any knowledge of her interview subjects, but 5,000 words past her description of how normal Girard looks, she describe meeting him at a train station, where he suspects that "40 or 50 people" are there just to spy on him.
The other prong in her argument is the observation that the government really is conducting research into projecting sound using microwaves. There's even a patent. This is the meat of her article, and there's some fine reporting here. But with respect to her thesis, it is pure nonsense. The fact that there really were moon launches doesn't prove that the government was controlling people's thoughts from the lunar surface. Schizophrenics draw their delusions from a common paranoiac zeitgeist, distilled from real life events, news articles, books, and, these days, websites.
That's what disturbs me the most about the article. By pretending that these people might actually be the victim of a secret government conspiracy, Weinberger and the Washington Post Magazine are contributing to that zeitgeist. This does a disservice to the victims of mental illness and their families.
If Weinberger really think that somebody she interviewed is receiving microwave messages in their head from government spooks, she should nail that story down tight and collect her Pulitzer. (Why not bring a radio spectrum analyzer to their homes?) Instead, it looks a lot like she exploited her sources' delusions to add color to an entirely unrelated story on government mind control research. For shame.

A friend of mine had a severe schizophrenic break many years ago and wrote those letters to all the local media. She was pretty embarrassed when her medication was adjusted and she recovered and she is doing very well and living a normal life now.
But when she was having those delusions, no one would have mistaken her for someone in contact with reality. We should probably keep an open mind about the people who function normally but have this conviction. Something may be wrong with them but I'd doubt it's schizophrenia.

the fact is, without a thorough investigation by a qualified professional, it's hard to say what's wrong with any of these people. it's kind of like strep throat... it's impossible to tell just by looking at it. it's true that a psychotic break caused by schizophrenia would probably affect other portions of these people's lives and would make itself evident before long, but that doesn't mean that they don't have some sort of psychosis or delusional disorder.
I'm as paranoid about the government as any geek you'd find on slashdot, but let's apply occham's razor here. surveillance by government or secret organizations is a common feature of paranoid delusions. but rather than go that route, it's seems easier for Sharon to believe the "evidence" presented by those who are having these delusions because they help to fill in the backstory for her book on the subject. american reporting at its finest.

You almost nailed it with spectrum analyzer point... except that thanks to the weirdness of interference and harmonics there should always be enough noise present somewhere in the RF spectrum at enough signal strength to justify delusions.
My experience with schizophrenics is limited to one fairly close three-year friendship with a guy who usually seemed totally sane unless occultist topics came up (rarely), or it was March when his trip to the hospital was due. I doubt a spectrum analyzer could help him if he thought he had one of these chips.
You are dead-on with "Schizophrenics draw their delusions from a common paranoiac zeitgeist," and "(Weinberger) does a disservice to the victims of mental illness and their families." Thanks for the good article.

I have several references:
"Microwave Auditory Effects and Applications", James C. Lin, 1978. I have a copy of this book in my possession. Lin describes his experiments with beaming low power microwave energy modulated by the audio signal from a microphone into a persons head. His theory was that (perhaps) there was slight heating in the brain which caused mechanical vibration at the audio rate. In any case, his test subjects (humans) could understand speech through the device. He used common off the shelf equipment to build it, which is completely described in the book!
Additionally, see: "Biological Effects and Medical Applications of Electromagnetic Energy", Om P. Gandhi (editor), 1990. This book has a chapter by James C. Lin entitled “Auditory Perception of Pulsed Microwave Radiation”.
I spoke to Lin (via phone) around 1988 and he said he had never pursued any of those effects beyond what was described in his book.

While I don’t believe that the government uses obtuse methods of controlling public opinion such as microchips or mind control rays, there is well documented proof that governments do use mass media as a very good control over the general populace to sway public opinion. Ever notice that there seem to be an awful lot of terrorist threats whenever Tony Blair or G.W. Bush blunder or pass legislation questionable with the public. Bread and circus acts have been around since roman times and will persist forever. Nothing much that the average joe can do about that however except put a little extra thought into voting outside party lines.

I would like to thank Ms. Weinberger for researching and writing this article. The article seems reasonably fair, based on the openly available sources describing research into areas like "voice-to-skull" technologies. That might not seem like much, except that up until now even that has been a very rare thing, indeed -- especially published in a mainstream paper like the Washington Post.
As the article points out, such technologies have been researched for many years. The advanced forms are *highly* classified. Given this, any victims of nonconsensual experimentation truly have an uphill battle as far as even getting people to acknowledge what is going on.
Even the state of *open* technology in this area is not widely known. Many ordinary citizens who think about the problem for ten minutes, based on naive views of government and outdated knowledge of 70s-era technology, will tend to dismiss the claims of TIs. Even back in the 70s there was more existing technology than many people are aware of, and consider how much more exists now after all the advances in computers and in other areas. These two articles involve RFID chips and neural prosthetics, and describe a level of technology that is beyond what people commonly assume is available as the unclassified state of the art.
Most people also tend not to think like "mind controllers." That is to their credit in most cases, but we all know that some tyrants -- both petty and large -- covet nothing more than the ability to control other people's lives. Just because you and I do not think like that, some people *do* think like that -- some people will always want to be the next Stalin. That is why eternal vigilance is necessary to maintain liberty even if there is just a potential threat.
In evaluating technologies, then, one has to have some idea about how such technologies might be abused. Various conditioning effects, for example, can be used to influence people using only fairly low levels of technology and surveillance. Influencing operations do not require 100% total control over a person (that is a common straw man argument, in fact). Even if the influencing does not work as planned, it can nonetheless constitute torture to a nonconsensual subject.
Below are a few general comments on parts of the article.
In the article, Gloria Naylor's book is compared to a 1957 book by Evelyn Waugh in which a character is "gaslighted" with voices to his head as well as "performances" designed to be meaningful only to him. I am not going to comment on Waugh or the character in his book, but this does give me an opportunity to point out part of the long history of mind control technologies and operations.
The year 1957 was during the height of MKULTRA mind control experimentation. A reading of the limited, surviving, redacted financial records gives a picture of how widespread the program was, as well as how it was covertly funded through "cutouts." It is commonly believed that MKULTRA was mainly about LSD testing, but there were literally hundreds of subprograms which investigated just about every conceivable way to manipulate and influence human beings. This included things like remote polygraphs and electronic influencing and control.
One major goal of MKULTRA was to find ways to discredit people. That much is explicitly documented. One way to discredit a person was to drop them acid in public, but there are many other ways. Certainly dropping acid to unwitting people was tested on nonconsensual citizens, and it is reasonable to assume that many other techniques were similarly tested.
Besides just the capability for "street theater" performances, what voice-to-skull technologies existed back in 1957?
In the late 50s Ewen Cameron was already experimenting with what he called "psychic driving." He would tape-record interviews with his patients and then play parts of those tapes back to them, repetitively. He used speakers in the ceilings, pillow speakers, and even speakers in football helmets that the patients could not remove in order to constantly bombard his "patients" with voices. He is known to have experimented with mimicking the voices of people familiar to the subjects, as well as with using multiple voices to exploit possible effects of social influencing such as "peer pressure." This research was funded by the CIA under MKULTRA. So the idea of beaming voices at people for mind control was not new to people in the clandestine world of mind control, even back in the late 50s.
Another late-50s voice-to-skull technology is the tooth implant. This is really rather simple technology, despite some people's unwarranted skepticism. All it takes is a small radio receiver and a piezoelectric vibrator for bone-conducted audio. There is a patent for such a device which was submitted to the patent office in the late 50s. That particular patent also makes use of facial nerves in addition to bone conduction (which was already prior art at the time).
Experiments were also conducted to try to replicate the radio reception that some people naturally experienced due to certain fillings in their teeth, though what resulted from such investigations is not well-documented. I am *not* saying that a tooth implant was used in any particular case, but that the technology has existed for a very long time. It is a possibility that at least deserves consideration in certain cases, rather than completely dismissing a priori the entire hypothesis that external (or exogenous) voices were ever inflicted on a person.
Back in the 50s hypnosis was a major focus of mind control research. It is a commonly-held belief that people cannot be hypnotized against their will or made to do things under hypnosis which they wouldn't ordinarily do, but the belief is not true; it is false. Although not *everyone* can be hypnotized against their will or made to do things that they would not ordinarily do, some people are highly susceptible to hypnosis and hence are highly vulnerable. Given that, consider how much more effective hypnosis against a susceptible individual would be if the hypnotist had 24/7 voice contact with that subject in order to constantly reinforce the "training" and to issue commands.
The hypnosis research under programs like BLUEBIRD and MKULTRA in the 50s also made use of technology. There was research into how radio waves of various sorts affected hypnotic susceptibility. There were literally experiments into hypnotizing people and installing posthypnotic commands which could be activated over the telephone. This was not just a Hollywood movie; it is documented to have been tested on actual human subjects. Another area which was researched by the CIA was the use of hidden subliminals in music to enhance hypnosis. This use of auditory subliminals to transmit hidden signals is similar to more modern techniques such as the Russian "acoustic psycho-correction" technology and the Lowery "silent sounds" technique (where a high-frequency audio carrier tone is voice-modulated). The FBI was reported to have investigated using the Russian technology to send the fake "voice of God" to Koresh at Waco, so clearly the FBI knows that such things exist. The Russian technology was acquired in the 90s by a Richmond, Va. company.
The point is that these techniques and technologies have existed in various forms and have been researched and tested for literally decades. The new technologies just open up even more potential for abuses of human rights (as well as any positive applications that the technologies might enable if they were to be used to actually help people). Human beings and governments have long conspired to harass certain individuals; only the methods change over the years. COINTELPRO, for example, has a long history going back many years.
In addition to comparing Naylor's book with Waugh's book, the article also compares TIs to people claiming to have been abducted by aliens. I do not want to get too much into that because the TI who was quoted as saying it would keep them "marginalized and discredited" was right. Even just mentioning the subject tends to bring in the space-alien connotations and associated ridicule. One main and obvious difference that seems to somehow get "overlooked" is that mind control operations are real. They have, for example, been investigated by Congress and are known to have been conducted by the CIA et al. In that way the issue of mind control is completely and utterly different from alien abductions.
Interestingly, though, the Air Force is known to have used UFOs as a cover story to distract from investigations of its classified aircraft flights. A similar use of UFOs as purposeful disinformation to discredit investigations into classified mind control experimentation cannot be dismissed. Consider, for example, the documents relating to Project Pandora at the DOD's FOIA reading room, especially the 469-page Project Pandora Operational Procedure document.

Now Project Pandora, as the Washington Post article mentions, was an investigation into the use of microwaves to influence human behavior. That is solid, real, and scientific. The document above describes, for example, experiments with monkeys trained to work on tasks and then subjected to performance-degradation due to intentional microwave exposure. It describe studies of sailors exposed to microwaves. It includes results related to the effects of microwaves on EEGs and on heart rates in rabbits. Then guess what follows, in the Project Pandora Operational Procedure document?
What follows is a full-blown Majestic-12/Roswell UFO disinformation story. Yes, this "serious" government FOIA document discusses the supposed finding of space-alien bodies at Roswell. Really. The pages have written on them that they cannot be authenticated as an official government document, but what are they doing there in the first place? They do not have any relevance to microwave research, and the time period is not even the same.
It is curious to note what comes right *after* the Roswell space-alien part of the Pandora document: the transfer of the Pandora Project to the US Army in 1970, and 1977 Congressional inquiry letters into whether Pandora research included areas of "what is popularly known as 'mind control.'" This clumsy use of Roswell space-alien disinformation is almost breathtaking for its brazenness. One statement that does appear in the Operational Procedure document is the following (from the minutes of a meeting in 1970):
2. Definitive research in this area will also require work with human subjects, and ethical procedures for working with humans may conflict with security needs.
As one final note on alien abductions, I should point out that some of the people claiming to be alien abductees could actually be mind control victims, either purposely deceived with psyops exploiting (and/or inculcating) that belief system or else people who simply misperceived what really happened to them.
Following the comparison of TIs with alien abductees, the Post article proceeds to quote professional psychiatrists. The professional psychiatrists, as expected, assume a priori that all TIs are delusional and therefore are sick and in need of care. This is not a scientific attitude, but then again psychiatry has major components which are strictly political rather than scientific. Since the technology undeniably exists, and since documented mind control operations and mind control experimentation victims undeniably exist, logic demands that at least the *possibility* of exogenous harassment should be considered in any given case. Indeed, people subjected to severe harassment can suffer severe psychological *consequences* -- just like PTSD victims and victims of physical torture -- but these are the effects (sequelae) of actual harassment. What the DSM manual unscientifically (they admit as much in the DSM) classifies as "schizophrenia" is really a cluster of cases with roughly similar symptoms. It is actually made up of several distinct sub-clusters, corresponding to different causes. One such sub-cluster includes people who truly have been harassed and persecuted -- often by people who know quite well what the DSM labels as mental illness.
Of course it is not politically acceptable to admit that people -- citizens -- truly are harassed and persecuted in the United States. To admit that would require some action to stop it, and would focus attention on the perpetrators of such abuses. But then again, psychiatrists have participated in all of the historically documented mind control programs. And not just any psychiatrists, but the leading psychiatrists of their day. As a profession, psychiatry is in deep denial about its complicity with these abuses. As a profession (a supposed "healing" profession) it will not face up to even its documented involvement in mind control research. It will not acknowledge the documented victims of such programs and try to heal the damage that it helped to inflict on them. So, in this case, the profession of psychiatry has a serious conflict of interest.
In ending this commentary, I would like to again thank Ms. Weinberger for her relatively fair article on the TIs and their plight. I hope that the article will spur serious investigations into the allegations of TIs and will help lead to greatly increased oversight of the black-budget, special access programs where such technologies and techniques are being developed and researched.

I'd have thought the very idea that a good many of us are so paranoid (I'd call it prudent, honest thinking) about our wonderful socialist government (sarcasm) that that would be proof enough that they aren't indulging in mind control of the masses. Some perhaps, but certainly far from all.

To all those who fear your thoughts are being recorded, or messages beamed into your brains: IT'S TRUE! I, secret agent 00&--that's "double-oh-ampersand"--have personally participated in such operations. We deliberately target totally unimportant people with histories of mental illness so that nobody will believe them, and we do it in order to keep people under control who would (if not for our interference) be extremely powerful and important.
That guy mumbling to himself on the train? He had a design for a revolutionary perpetual motion machine that would have really messed up the status quo. The bedraggled bag lady who yells at invisible people? She witnessed us implanting a chip in Pauly Shore, so we spent a hundred million dollars on a satellite just to keep track of her and scramble her thoughts. That incoherent bum who thinks he's Jesus and President of the United States at the same time? Well, actually he is President, but that's beside the point...

I have noticed that these stories did not seem to show up until AFTER it was confirmed in the early 70s that people really could receive radio stations through the fillings in their teeth.
And also after the LSD tests on civilians of the CIA.
So I think the hardware is very possible but not the quantity of occurrences.
Personally I have received 2 messages during dreaming, but very vivid, years ago in two completely separate situations, that sound similar to the people in your story.
You can dreams because you drive them, these did not come from me, but I was in a dream state.
Both times that I received the messages I felt that they were manipulative, the first one very, the second possibly but mostly neutral, and it was very confusing in the brevity of the info.
The first one calmed me greatly in a time of stress but I also disliked it because I felt it intended to manipulate me, I did not follow its instructions even though it predicted the future perfectly by a couple of months.
The second one seemed to be a message from God, but not necessarily, it has not been prophetic but may still be. It was years ago but I am starting to think it was meant to be a manipulation but it did not work because I did not respond as expected.
Now I could NOT have a chip my head because I use electrical muscle stimulation for exercise and the chip would have been burned up, and I was using EMS before I received the second message.
I think it could all easily be easily done with Hypersonic Sound !!!
Now when I was 20 to 25 I had increasing and a huge amount of deja-vue, it did often seem to be prophetic up to a couple of years ahead of time, which ended abruptly at 25 along with the lucid dreaming, I still get it rarely.
Those were totally different from the two messages, not dubious at all, and seemed to be preparing me to be able to make a objective choice between becoming liberal or staying conservative, I stayed conservative.
Now in the last few years there have been a HUGE number of strange coincidences, which most people would say I was crazy, or the coincidence is crazy, most of the time they are not worth talking about because they are just weird they amount to nothing, well accept making feel like I am being watched.
Sometimes they are a situation where I would be pushed into doing something or think a certain way, and I resist or avoid it just like it was an ordinary overt situation.
Now what could be the source of the coincidences, well my parents are TRULY INSANE, so are many of my relatives and much the gossip about me is almost certainly going through their church to other churches, I have seen a lot of evidence of that.
I think when the child abductions started getting very frequent in the 70s the churches formed connections to watch for children and now it is being used to manipulate people lives, adult children of mentally ill parents.
My mother often tries to point out to me that insanity is inherited, so I should shut up about it not tell anyone, as though she knows she is NUTS, but they all clearly hate and it is because I am not at all like them.
Like for example I have a couple degrees with good grades, and traveled oversea after wining a scholarship, and have done engineering work that gave me a lot of respect.
They on the other hand are all dropouts and have often been openly jealous of me.
I have traveled across the country to get away from their influence but the gossip follows me everywhere and manipulations seem to be attempted in towns with large churches.
The weird thing you have to learn about this stuff is that the people that are doing it are TOTAL IDIOTS AND THEY ARE SEVERELY DEPRESSED which causes a certain type of fatalistic thinking that is irrational, so it often makes no sense, they want to make you react in a way that they would react and it often does not make sense because the way they react is IDIOTIC !!!
I work from the web a LOT and continue to do so even though without a doubt my email has been passed to at least my parents.
One time a couple of years ago I down loaded maps to go to a particular location a couple of days drive away, and then in the next few days a hurricane went to exactly that spot.
Then recently I expressed to a business acquaints the desire to visit central Florida and with two days the freak storm knocked down all those houses.
I can NOT see how there could be weather manipulations like this it makes no sense, especially for my sake, this and the two messages has been for me like that episode of Star Trek where Spock says, "THIS CAN NOT POSSIBLY BE HAPPENING", and then mind melds with all the other guys to convince them IT IS SO !!!
Now, I must tell you this thing with my parents is very serious because one local guy that they got mad at was beaten up and nearly killed. And the people that beat him up went to jail for murder, but when he was first beat up my parents sent me the news paper article about it and then called me and laughed at him.
I believe that my Dad's business is probably involved with smuggling drugs, but I have no proof other then I know how he reacts and tell jokes and they indicate he is probably involved.
I had to use a collection agency to get thousands of dollars of wages from him when he just decided on a whim to stop paying me, after years of employing me and paying my wages.
A guy I had worked with in the past was killed in a freak freeway accident after talking to me for the first time in years, and my Dad was mad at this guy.
So a LOT of people from my home town who are friends with my Dad have been rather mean to me in the past, but VERY BAD THINGS happened to them shortly after my contact with them ended.
And some pretty bad things have happened to my Dad's business, and my parents were both struck by lightning while in their motor home and it seemed like a warning, my Mom could not stop talking about how God had spared them, but that is because she IS CRAZY.
All of this seems like God's wrath, but to me it is all just very weird !!!
I would not be surprise at all if most of this and the other people's strange lives comes from the drug trade having infiltrated its way through all of American businesses and government, especially in California.
I don't use drugs at all but where I grew up it is common, and I think ALL illegals have connections with the drug trade and are beholding to the mob because they need help to get over the border, so they could all be involved with information gathering. That means your cook, when you go to get fast food, your mechanic, your kids teachers aid, ect.
Most of the things going on with me could be explained if there were GPS on my car that tracked my location, although the dealer probably would have had to install it because it would have to be wired in and they are the only ones that could do that, and the rest could be my very strong intuition.
But I have to tell you, every since I became aware that my Email from work was getting to me parents, my life has become OUTRAGEOUSLY STRANGE !!!
And also since that time it has become very hard to find work, while before it was pretty easy, I may yet starve to death trying to get away from this.

i lived in the bay area of san francisco in 1975 to 1977 ,i was 17 at that time i moved to richmond from ks. i worked in oakland as a painter with a part time teacher at s.f. universty , i was told about mind controll ,soon after i was hit ,it was like being psychic at first ,then the degradation if i did not do as instructred, after a while my will was to strong ,so i became what they called a nigger , then the brain wash,or hypnosis , i still strugle today almost 40 years later, i have met people strangers , who will say something to me , they know i will reconize i know it is from the past , they taught me many things ,how to defend myself how to kill to be a soldier i have been asked but never have, now im ok with this my life is ok at peace my will is strong ,, so go back to your perfect world and leave us alone!

Well, I dont know about in the past but there have been several tv programs over the past year or two on new applications of brain imagin technology that focus on thought recognition. With computer-brain interface becoming more and more sophisticated I would be surprised if the government wouldn't put these to use. I guess the irony is that Big Brother really is watching...

The only person I've known to have this illness was an alcoholic, parkaset-taking college friend of mine, who after a year or so living this way, finally cracked down and became generally crazy. He carried a butter-knife with him for defense and thought the hospital helicopters were government vehicles spying on him.
Perhaps alcoholism has something to do with this? I know after a few days of heavy drinking my mind isn't working properly. This could lead to long-term mental problems.

What you leave out in your excellent analysis is that this article doesn't only do a disservice to the mentally ill. By focusing on an improbable and sensational topic related to government surveillance and mind-control, it distracts us from the kinds of very real, very invasive sorts of surveillance and control the government engages in every day. Why worry about AT&T handing data over to the NSA when there are "bigger" things to worry about, like remote brain manipulation?

Hello everyone….Most of my experience as a "TI"(Target Individual), has involved “Invisi-Perps” OR “Ghost-Perps.”
Below is the only link that I have found or know of on the Internet by a person other than myself who has had documented evidence of this device, “The Ghost Machine.” The difference is that the girl in the report below was a friend of Jacks, where as NONE of my Perps were ‘my friends’, but I was on a conversational level with many of them.
My first real experience with a Ghost-Perp, happened in 1986, seven years before Jacks report. I was at home, and I admit in a stupor, laying on my bed, and one of these Ghost-Perps got on my bed, and started jumping up and down, causing me to bounce up and down on the bed.
After that experience, on several occasions, I could sense that someone was in my room/house EVEN though I could not see them. I became sure of this when I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, I’ve NEVER smoked even one cigarette in my life. Then there were the times I smelled perfume,,,,,I don’t ware perfume!
I was living next to a “family” of Perps, from 1991-1996, that included three adult males, and two children, and one who was a grandmother.
The Invisi-Perps would enter when I was in a stupor, and stun me with a Stun-Gun while they were in Invisible Mode, causing me to go into wild convolutions. The main Perp’s name was “LEN.” He was about 30 years old.
One day, Len had the confidence/nerve to bring the device( they called it the “Ghost-Machine“, and I know this because I heard them talking about it though my wall one day), outside!
This device is a hand held device about the size of a Walk-Man tape player, and is all black, and has a small horn like shape protruding from it on one of it’s edges.
I saw this device in Len’s hand, and knew right-away what it was. Len looked into my eyes,,,,at that point, he “knew” that I knew what it was, they had already figured out that I knew they were coming into my apartment, because one of the other male Perps, (his name started with a “D” but I can’t remember it now, I will remember it after this post…smile), was seriously injured by me and left my apartment bleeding in Invisible mode. There was NO blood in my bathroom from him where he got hurt, BUT, I heard them talking about the incident though the kitchen wall in my apartment. In turn, about six months later “D” had his dog attack me, and I needed stitches on a VERY sensitive area of my body.
It took me a long time to figure out why, the US Government would give such technology to “these” people. We were all economically challenged people who if had a job at all, it was a very low paying job, that few people could actually live on. Then it dawned on me, that because we were so poor, ANYTHING we said about something like this would not be taken seriously by ANYONE!
Well, this all came to a head for me around 1990, when I got a severe beating by an Ghost-Perp, after I had moved to a new apartment, again while I was in a “stupor.” THIS WAS IT!!! This is when I really started fighting back. To tell the truth, I armed myself with a giant Machete, and would start swinging at the air, anytime I was in a stupor, and thought that someone was in the room with me. OK! Invisi-Perps are for the most part, insecure about their invisible mode, and most of the time will try to stay behind a TI,BUT, in this incident I got “LUCKY.”!! Lets just say everyone does not have to worry about at least 1 Perp!
This action resulted in the SFPD breaking into my apartment about 90 days later at 3am in the morning with their guns drawn. They broke down three doors before they found themselves in my bedroom. To shoot or not to shoot?? How would they explain shooting a man who did not have “ANY “ cloths on in his residence at that hour???

Invisi-Perps use a combination of devices. They also have a “portable” Tele-Portation device that they can use in combination with the Ghost-Machine. With this Tele-Portation device, they can enter ANY residence! Also, with the Tele-Portation device, they can kidnap a TI! When the actual kidnap happens, you will start to “shake violently" as you start to see your surrounding start to disappear. I’ve had 4 or 5 kidnap attempts in 20 years as a TI this way.
If an Invisi-Perp enters your room, there will be 2 “extremely high-pitch beeps”, they are SO high, that I’ve only heard them three times in 20 years! There will ALSO be a brief flash of very bright light, but it will happen so quickly,(the beeps and the light), you will NEVER put 2+2 together!
Once an Invisi-Perp is in your residence, they can do ANYTHING TO YOU!! I’ve been injected with narcotics so many times I’ve lost count! They can touch you, AND, you can touch them,BUT, there is a 100% chance that you will not touch them, especially when you cannot see them!
I’ve been chocked around my neck, to the point I was 10 seconds away from death by Invisi-Perps.
My current status is, I have two Perps living on my floor. Both have access to these advanced technology devices. My very next door neighbor Perp carries his devices in a small odd shape back pack when he leaves his residence. He never lets the devices out of his possession , when he has them. He does NOT have them all of the time, I know that this means that they are given to him by a team leader in charge.
I am currently under attack by at least 5 teams of Perps, who are I believe, members of the NYPD SWAT Team, that fire COLD PLASMA though all of my windows from two different directions. They take turns, fulfilling a 24/7 schedule 365 days a year. Do you think they took 12/25 off? Fat chance 12/25/2006 was one of the worse days that month for me.
Today was an extremely sad day for me. Today I cried! I have NOT cried in a long time, but today, I cried for Ms. Anna Nichole! I have NO EVIDENCE! BUT I’M AMOST 100% sure she and her son were killed by Invis-Perps! Today, I took a “direct hit” in my back with Fired Cold-Plasma. MY HEART JUMPED! I knew that anyone who is taking direct hits, would NOT need very many of them!
This is for YOU Anna! I did not know you, but got to know you though your TV program, which I think I saw all episodes. I’m not a fan of most celebrities, but, I was YOUR fan!
These Perps think that they are sooooooooooooo smart! They think that because no one sees their evil acts, that there will be NO PENALTY!!! BUT, what they fail to realize is that “GOD SEES “EVERYTHING.”!!!!

OK so here are some of the techniques I see being used by people involved with this kind of manipulation:
1. They monitor your email and use it to appear to be reading your mind. They pass it on to people that are close to you but want to control you. Those people will make make comments that quote things that you have said, usually long in the past, in an attempt to appear to be a sole mate and then to influence you.
2. The above is often done because you may have been a witnesses to a crime or have influence with people that are trying to determine the guilt of people that may have been involved with crimes. These people want criminals to not be punished, caught, or found guilty. Getting away with crime is their GREATEST JOY !!! Notice the M.O., many of these people a extreme liberals.
3. The people given jobs in our everyday world are often criminals and are the least qualified for positions and known to be either bad people or the type that protect criminals, people that would never report criminal acts. So if you are very cowardly you are safe, but if you are head strong and altruistic you are at risk.
Finding good work maybe very difficult for you.
4. The people who participate in this, gossip like crazy, they are probably involved with groups who hire attorneys to harass people. They are likely to be child molesters or people that protect molesters.
These people will often be business owners and very carefully select who they hire and will hire molesters and give them good jobs. Businesses will often do business with each based on the gossip ring and perverse behavior that they share with each other.
When local person people complains about something bad one of these employees has done, the gossipers will gossip to the local partygoers and drug addicts and indirectly arrange for nuts cases on drugs to get these people beaten up, or mugged, or anything to give them trouble.
Of course, in a society like ours were drugs are very common it is not difficult to slip drugs into peoples food, especially if the target already uses drugs or alcohol, this way these people will have more accidents then they normally would.
5. Coercion is almost certainly being used on our presidents. Remember all the school shootings that occurred when Clinton was in office, those shootings roughly formed an X over Clinton's home town. Finding out which children are taking antidepressants and then slipping them some other drug that is known to give a certain reaction with the combination would be very easy to do, all that would be needed is access to the schools records, or contact with the schools nurses secretary.
I first started to notice this when I saw that most of the shootings occurred on the same days that very bad news came out about Clinton. It was as though it was being said to Clinton, "We control your fate, don't cross us !"
By the way I HATED Cliton as president but think his laziness and being a lap dog to the military was probably because he was scared to death.
I believe that probably ALL of our presidents back to Nixon or Kennedy were being threatened in some indirect way, Reagan of course was too brave !
My Mother is a liberal and not very smart and quite nutty but, she has mentioned to me, "WE thought they would destroy the country", when referring to the liberals that Watergate and Nixon tried to cheat with voting. This becomes an interesting statement though considering that Nixon probably did not know about the break-in until afterwards, so if this was referring to a group involved it would mean they did their dirty be influencing the liberals that worked for/against President Nixon. So possibly she is involved with a group that was sort of conservative back then and have been liberal since, my father recently claimed to have become liberal and seems to be very involved with this kind of influencing.
That is how he gets my email and influences who hires me. It would liberal corporations, and old southern money, the KKK is probably also involved but only the KKK groups that are underground -- ONLY THE SMART ONES.
And certainly some of the military is involved.
6. The way they kill people is mainly through auto accidents. If you get a promotion that one of them wanted watch out for someone trying to run you off other road in the evening, if it happens there will probably be other people around you when it happens who you know and they will call the cops and be witnesses to ensure that the perpetrator gets away.
And you end up dead or injured, if you are in the hospital and can't do your job you are not likely to keep the promotion for very long.
There is a second way to do it. First you do something that really ticks one of these people off, so they decide they want you dead. Then they get a contact with someone that is close to you who is ticked off at you. They use them to find out when you are in a vulnerable position or they will actually set you up by putting you in a vulnerable position.
Then they hit you with a car in broad daylight when it is easy to make sure you will be killed. Then the person in the car that hits you has a flask of whiskey are something like that and when the cop arrives they drink it in front of him, if there were any other witnesses around they also drink in front of them.
By doing this the cop will not even bother to do a breathalyzer test because he has no way of knowing when the driver became legally drunk, the drinking could have occurred after the accident and after he parked his car.
It is the perfect out !!!
And the driver simply has to claim it was an accident.
An elderly friend of mine may have been killed this way when his daughter called him when she had run out of gas and stopped on a freeway off ramp during rush hour ! He was hit and killed, DRAGGED, by a drunk driver while he was putting gas into her car, at around 5:30 p.m..
It was deemed an accident by a drunk driver, and if it was this drivers first incidence they probably did not get much of a punishment.
The bottom line is if you are asked to do a favor for someone anywhere near a freeway, call them a tow-truck and STAY FAR AWAY !
Otherwise if you are an important person, work for a fortune 500 company drive a big truck like I do because it will be very hard for them to force you off to the side of the road or cause an accident.
7. Realize what these people are like. One day when I was a kid I missed the bus, it was just an accident, it was cold out.
My dad got really ticked because he had to do something. He does not have the perspective to realize that he did NOT have to get me to school right away, that his business was more important then mine.
So he rushed me to school driving real fast on the back roads, 2 lanes. He went to pass a big truck, 2 trailers, but we went into a blind turn so instead of slowing down and getting back into the correct lane or speeding up to pass, HE TOTALLY FROZE, stayed right in the center of the trailers for about 5 minutes !!!
A woman in a car with 2 kids came into our lane, the only lane she could be in and she had to drive off the shoulder at maybe 30 or 40 miles per hour to avoid hitting us, my dad just FROZE !!!
There was an about 3 ft. drop off the road, no real shoulder, so they probably got at least minor injuries.
My dad finally passed the truck and just kept driving, he did not go back, we never spoke about it again.
You see he made all these mistakes at once because he was and is a total coward, it would have been soo easy to avoid, either slowing down or speeding up and not freezing would have been the solution.
Now latter in life, because he inherited both position and property when he was young, he is well respected, he knows a lot of powerful people and has had appointed positions in government but believe me has neither GUTS or intellect to have honored those positions. And now he uses his influence to cause as much problems as possible for me.
The people that he is involved with may have tried to run me off the road a few years ago when I had a long commute.
Believe me I know without question that he has tormented many of his employees just by dangling the carrot of a better job, and sometimes he told everyone how wonderful these employees were !?!?!?
One time I remember an employee he always told other people was awesome, while driving somewhere, I was the little kid in the middle seat, the employee was shaking and crying he was so scared while he asked for a better job and my dad was turning his head to the side while he laughed at him and continued to promise the new job, MAYBE !!!
About 6 months later the employee had quit and was dead in an auto accident because after he quit and went to work for someone else he started drinking !!!
And my dad had hired another employee with the same last name, it took me very long to realized he did this so he could say to people that the same GREAT EMPLOYEE still worked for him.
8. I am sure there are many ways to cheat the law like the one I told you about above, and since these powerful people have access to the best attorneys and are often criminal, or have criminal friends, and above all they GOSSIP A LOT they find out about all these tricks which allow then the cheat the law.
9. There is one more way that I know of to do it. Where I grew up the police have been sued and they had been very unprofessional so they lost badly ! Now they owe millions and the city or whatever budget goes to the police is paying off the millions over many years.
This means that the police can not be payed for any over-time, so they get the WORST police working in this area. They seem to be mostly mexicans that got amnesty or trouble makers that got kicked out of other departments in other counties.
They often call around the county for donations and are very NASTY and try to intimidate people into paying something. Of course, if you pay a LOT like my dad you get all sorts of favors.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS:
If you are going to be a good person and really help people be very careful about anything you do to put yourself in danger, especially when other people are around.
Realize that your email is being read by other people, BAD PEOPLE.
And if you are around kids that are not yours and alone with them, they very well may make false accusations about you, it is not valid testimony from kids but the cops can use the accusations as an excuse to harass you.
When I was working for my father he had this nutty secretary that would accuse people of hitting her, whenever she did this my dad would rush in and blame me before he even found out who did it and even though she NEVER accused me of hitting her !
This is because he was trying to get me accused of something anyway he could, and eventually I had to leave the area because the cops were watching me very closely, they were often called when I made trips to known locations and asked to give me tickets, that I was sure to speed although it never worked out that way, and he was doing his best to provoke me and gossiping with his employees to provoke me, and even if I hit someone in self defense because he had bribed the police he would have used it try to get me put in jail or in his custody so he would have complete control over me.
I have NEVER spent any time at all in jail so this would have been difficult to do but in my work credibility is very important so any accusations against me could cause problems.
He and his friends also tried to talk me into buying a motorcycle and talked about trips to places in the desert where it would be very easy to get lost and die !!!
When I worked for him from the age of 14 to 21 he gave me very dangerous jobs and once told me to drive a wheat combine with almost no training and then after practicing in one small field sent me to harvest the steepest hill I ever harvested in 4 years of driving the harvester after that !
Since that time I believe that BOTH of my parents have suffered from sever cancers and lost organs, although they don't talk about it.

OK, now if the things I wrote about in my previous post above were true, you would think that a group that is controlling things in the way that I suggest would be able to detect who I am, even on this forum, and they would be pretty angry at me for the things I said about them and the fact that I revealed one of their primary MOs, with the way they murder people while making it look like an accident and drunk driving.
People that have read my posts will be looking out for this sort of thing and that means they cannot use it as frequently as they would like.
I do have a very difficult time being able to get memberships on forums, about the time that I became aware that my parents were getting my emails at work copied to them, a couple of years after that I started to use forums regularly and it has always been very difficult, I get attacked endlessly and then after being kicked out of 3 or 4 forums seldomly am I able to get onto others, as though there is a BLACKLIST for troublemakers and you are a troublemaker if you are not a FREAK !
So I believe that there are very few popular forums online and most forums managers that run the popular ones know each other, all of these people could be members of this group.
Also it was around this time when I had a long commute and about 3 times there were drivers on the freeway that dogged me and seemed to want to force me off the road, but they had little tiny cars and I had a big 1/2 ton truck, so they could not do it, although one of the times I was harassed by about 4 guys in Chevy trucks.
Back them was also when my dad started to bug me, first to get a Chevy and then to ditch the truck and get a small fuel efficient Chevy or Jeep.
I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE I WAS INVOLVED IN A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT YESTERDAY AND ONE PERSON MAY HAVE DIED, this is the FIRST serious accident I have had in 30 years of driving, although I walked away with one bruise on my hand where the steering wheel impacted me. When I went through an intersection the car in the turn lane turned into me, we collided head-on, and the two in the other car were both injured and the person in the passenger seat may have been seriously injured. They took him away on a stretcher.
They both had been drinking or they smelled of alcohol in-order to implicate them as drinkers, anyway my air bag deployed and I had my seat-belt on so a couple minutes after the impact I got out of my truck and walked around the scene to see what was going on and saw that my truck was still idling, STILL RUNNING, even though the front was all smashed and crushed, I got in and backed up and drove to the nearest curve and parked it. It ran and drove like everything was fine even while it looked like HELL -- it is most likely totaled !!!
The other small truck was probably totaled as well, the car was NOT owned by the driver.
So now maybe they will be able to get me because next time I won't be able to afford such a great truck as a Ford F150 -- we will see !
The interesting thing is that both people in the other car, I did not talk to them, when they got the chance they looked me in the eye and gave me this look like I AM SOO SORRY !??!?!?!?!
Now was that because they took responsibility for what they did ??? I don't think drunks normally behave this way, or was it because someone blackmailed them into doing this and they told them not to drink so they could properly drive into my truck but they did pretend to be drunk and spread alcohol around themselves to make it smell that way. There was no breathalyzer given just the typical hand eye coordination tests and the driver was taken away in cuffs.
The cop told me the driver had a previous violation, what if that was true, then the driver could have been blackmailed in or about prison !?!?!?!
So now I wonder what they will try to do next ?
Or is it all just a bunch of unconnected events that seem to be connected, it certainly could be, but I keep taunting them so if I turn up dead soon then it probably was a conspiracy !!!!!!
Here is something strange for you, a couple of weeks ago while driving I was getting mental impressions that in an intersection or on a freeway I would get in an accident that would crush the front of my truck and threaten my life, the crushing of the front I kept seeing that, but they stopped about a week before it happened so I forgot about it until now -- IS GOD ON MY SIDE !?!?!
In my previous posts I talked about all the BAD things that have happened to people that have been mean to me.
What if they had various prisons with wardens that had connections with this group and it is just regular practice for Hit Men/People to, do their thing, and then they go to prison but are then let out, given a new identity, and all the prison records are destroyed or passed on to other prisoners so the flim-flam cannot be detected with audit of the imprisoned criminals identity records.
This would be EXTREMELY EASY TO DO especially with the LARGE percentage of the population being thrown into prison, it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack, and since the prisons were privatized, since when was that, around Bush senior's presidency, the BIGGEST WASHINGTON INSIDER EVER TO BECOME PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE RAN THE CIA ALL THOSE YEARS !!!

Now if this were true then young men would be killed off in high numbers by any means possible, young men are competition, and the mortality figures would be covered up, and young women would tend to remain in high numbers but be drug addicts because drugs would be used on them to help to cover up, and confuse them about those times when they are used in sex parties by the ruling class. Old men would be left alone just as long as they did not interfere.
I have noticed in the many towns that I have lived in, in and around California, that most towns have tones of hot girls but not very many young men, and those girls don't seem to get out very much ?!?!!?!? You see them at the fireworks shows or fairs or carnivals every once in a while, and that is when you notice the lack of males the most.
This seems to occur most in nice retirement and tourist towns where the ruling class would tend to hang out and party.
Most big cities seem to have an equal amount of young men and women, but look at San Francisco it has tones of young women and not too many young men accept in the male/male parts of town and those people don't live for very long, mortality is very high with that life style, that is one of the BIG ways they get the Proletariat to knock each other off !!!
I am not communist in the least, but you must understand communism to understand liberals and the enemy.
Now think about ALL of the liberal causes, how many lead to death in the long run, don't they ALL ? Free and easy Euthanasia, free and easy legal drugs, free and easy abortion, homosexuality kills men but not women, so the ruling class gets all the women, organized labor for organized class struggle and murder, no more religion so death is OK, suicide is OK, and murder has no consequence, Evolutionary science is real so its OK if the fittest kill everyone else, and Global Warming is real and is really a BIG problem RIGHT NOW so we need to kill a couple billion as soon as possible, they have not said that yet but they are working towards saying JUST THAT !!!!!!

Here is the definitive statement that indicates what kind of mind control is going on:
The US military has released technology and resources which gives us the WWW and GPS. So what if the reason they released these is not so benign. Obviously any GPS device sends an ID that would uniquely identify it.
What if GPS has more capabilities then let on, a given for military operations, like the ability to detect and follow any computer processor by its radio frequency and the unique signature of that transmission, so then the computer in your vehicle would be trackable by GPS.
And if the computers that monitor electronic communications are more capable then we can conceive then individuals could be tracked by combining their IP address information with handles or avatars online information and GPS information.
So they always know where you are by tracking your vehicle, and they always know what you are thinking by reading your email, or listening to your phone calls. They don't manipulate you because they are particularly interested in your personal potential, they manipulate you to control events that effect others and other things.
Although, I was not personal bothered by this sort of thing until I figured out what Ginger was, you know IT, the Camden invention and the mystery that preceded its unavailing. I was the guy that figured out what it was, and there were other things that I wrote around that time that seemed to push technology ahead and is part of advanced plans now of machines that some science groups hope to build.

The article Mind Control Madness summarizes well the general consensus about mind control. It's so refreshing to see 'mainstream press' take a closer look at this issue. Jonathan Moreno Phd and ethicist wrote Mind Wars, 2006, reviewed by Nature Journal, and also extensively covered the issue of victims claiming mind control. It is a problem that hasn't gone away and is growing.
Here are a few points to add to Poulsen's article. The radiation victims of atomic bomb testing were called the "crazies" for years, as cited in NYTimes Mag. The Catholic Church, a very trusted organization, covered up extensive sex abuse of children by priests, until finally the sheer number of victims required an investigation. The claims of children at the time seemed ludicrous but turned out to be true. So mind control can't be ruled out by Pousen's argument, as he admits. Telling of experiences by victims whether of sex abuse, or radiation experiments or possibly mind control do sound crazy but that doesn't mean there isn't a crime being committed.
I agree with Poulsen, Weinberger's hearing patents and research by the government needs further media coverage, whether or not victims are crazy. I have a human rights org. , www.mindjustice.org and have found circumstantial evidence. Consider that the radiation victims had to wait until the government declassified gov. docs in the 1990s before the public found out about that scandal in mainstream press. It's not as easy as Poulsen makes it sound. I have done what I can but the issue needs a thorough impartial investigation, as Poulsen put so well.
Moreno stated and most experts say it's only a matter of time before mind control weapons are a reality. I hope mainstream press continues to look beyond the government denials that there are no advanced mind control research and weapons and see how ludicrous that claim turns out to be. Cheryl Welsh

as a victim of this mindcontrol microchip, i can tell you to beware of this technology. only the doctors and the government will tell you we are schitzophrenic. i have had this since an auto accident 7 years ago. i was also abducted by some vancuover police, drugged, and had something put inside my tounge as well, just last year as a matter of fact. i inpeticular have lots to say about this subject, and am not scared to share it. things like this are to important to ignore. the government abuses thier power every time. i for one would not like to see this happen to anyone. it trully is torture. they have taken away my very freedom, and what are we without our simple but precious freedom. we elect people like them then let them abuse our rights, and let your tax dollars pay for it. i quit paying taxes and havent voted in many years. i wont vote for or pay someone to destroy me. would you? please beware of this because i can tell you garanteed it is happening. be well and thankyou. take care everyone.

Ethanol Hydrogen fuel mixture was done at the University of Babylon in Babylon Iraq.
There they have found that the addition of 8% by mass of hydrogen with a 30% by
volume of ethanol in a gasoline engine caused a 48.5% reduction in CO emissions, 31.1%
reduction in NOx emissions and 58.5% reduction in specific fuel consumption. More
over, the engine thermal efficiency and output power increased by 10.1% and 4.72%
respectively. When the ethanol was increased over 30% the engine was unstable due to
the fuel not vaporizing. [10] What makes my research different and original from the

Anyway following occurs to me that all this might mean, but there are clearly many possibilities ...
1. It seems like this research was a kick Saddam's teeth, the rest of the world would see the results and copy the research improve on it an stop buying Saddam's oil, the life's blood of Iraq's economy.
2. I think the oil industry in Middle East would be like small town, everyone knows what everyone else is doing and copies anything new that works, and kills anybody that tries to kill the golden goose, which explains why the library was destroyed so completely, although it took three years to destroy it so the destruction of the library is not totally consistent but it smells bad.
3. What is he doing in Libya? Isn't that where Saddam would have sent him to keep him safe from the war? Or did we invade to can this research and have the CIA send him there until needed at some future date?
4. Why isn't the West jumping on this research, this grad student seems to be the only researcher interested in this.
Also the reason this work is so significant is because they actually formulated the fuel and ran it in an engine, notice the RPM figures, it would be very easy to reproduce so that makes it hard to argue with!
5. I think fuel formulations exactly like the one above could be easily adopted and burned in flex-fuel vehicles which are now quite common the Ford F150 went to shipping mostly with flex-fuel engines in October of this year, and if we did that in earnest oil prices could drop very low.
6. I don't expect that to happen, but it would be the right thing to do and easiest, most cost effective, way to beat radical Islam.

A little triangulation, something to receive (hey, they've done plenty of non-consensual medical ops before -- Tuskegee experiments and the radiation experiments on kids, etc. -- so a few non-consenual implants, or maybe some nano-machines in the air you breath ("chemtrails"), some WiFi, and there you go.
I just think Americans are in denial about the level of corruption in high places that exists in this country and are very, very ignorant about the technological advances of the last decades.

I wore two pairs of underwear consistently, for over fifteen years, to protect my body against non-consensual brain manipulation, to strap my gentilia down to negate the effects of illegal government brainwave manipulation to manipulate the nerve receptors in my brain to force the feeling that my private genital areas were being affected by remote control.
Why does government continue on this wrong path? Why is it so important for government to hurt humans, to experiment upon unconsenting human subjects in forcible manners? It is because they are interested in archetypes, as well as developing psychological means in which to further control humans against their will and consent.
Perhaps governments should start working in compassionate manners, rather than continuing in their unconsensual psychological operations that have no means of helping humans.

I worked with a lot of communications companies all across Canada.
Bell Canada was a big one I did a lot of work with.
They all have "standby diesel generators"
at their central offices and all their repeater stations.
A lot of "national security" concerns within these systems.
People within these systems have more than enough resources
to make you sick if you "step on the wrong toes."
Lots of surlpus "microwave generators." and "radio equipment."
All with "no forensic evidence."
It just takes one "idiot"
to put something together who does not like you.
Thier may be a union / non union theme to my problems.
I worked at a non union company, Harper Detroit Diesel.
I had no idea about "radio waves as weapons" until 2005,
......8 years after I initially got sick.
I started my research project in January 2004 on the internet with the key words "constructive dismissal" in relation to my own problems at Harper Detroit Diesel.
I am not sure about "microwave mind control",
seems to be a lot of articles on the internet about this topic.
It does look like more and more people world wide are looking at
"radio waves as weapons".
I think maybe thats because there is now so much "radio equipment" around the world with the advancements in "communications."
The problems with all these types of systems is the technology falls into the wrong hands.

I shudder to say that most here are dual-diagnosis mental health patients with paranoid delusions induced by lysergic acid diethylmide (et al) experimentation. Im a victim of a horrible crime involing over 20 people. In Jan. 07 Dj Johnson put cameras in my apartment to spy on me for Mark Freeman. well i believe that i have been implanted or or taken,look it all sounds crazy and i well tell you that the real life experiance with in it is all real at least in our minds that is how they get most of there victim when they waken them up to all what they have experiance was real,and just like your cellmate yes you think all 30 or 50 people are against you only cause you, us ,the victim is looking for the one most likely stalking you i have came face to face with a few of my stalkers,they had waken me up 5 years ago preety much right after my dads sergury brian sergury they went in both side left and right of his brain they said they were anarisams 3 on one side and 4 on the other,at the time i believed that well untill they had wqaken me up to what they have been doing all that they have put me threw years of hell in my dreams to electronic harrassments all threw schools,even to my big shoplift experiance,when i was five i walk into a Kmart it was close to easter and while i was in there i was saying it would be nice to get some easter stuff for me and my family,so i felled up a shopping full of goods and when it was full i walked right out of the door,and as i was walking i noticed i had a bag of those big eggs,you those one made from pure sugar yeah well i open the bag and grabed one took a bite and spit it out i even threw the bag out and this voice came to me and said look out so i looke dbehind me and here comes this lady i did not think much of her i 5 and i had a basket of ester crap in my cart,well it turned out she was coming after me and she grabed me and put my arm behind my back i thought it was going to breakoff,they brought me into there office and asked me quetion like whats your phone number where do you live we well call the police and nothing i said nothing i do not know how long they had me in there and then out of the blue that lady came in said she was looking for her son a nd that i had fit the decreption so they gad me look at there monitor and they lady point of corse at my mother and they said is that your mom and of corse i said nothing so they brought her in the office and off corse they then new that lady was my mother!i do know this it was daytime when i had gone in and when she got me out well the day was gone,this was in california in 1980 and it is true,and two months after i flew out of the car door different story fror a different time and i am a mind control victim!

The writer of this article is obviously chagrined, as more information about mafia and other persons' involvement in human experimentation that has occurred on those who have not consented to become a recipient of torture, rape, burglary, aggravated stalking, collusion, fraud, mind control experiments, etc.
The truth is coming out. The weapons are REAL, in use, and have been used on some of the best people of our country and beyond for quite some time.
Sorry, Mr. Poulsen, your comments insult the victimized.

I've skimmed over all of the postings here and it seems they differ greatly. I can understand where the skeptic is coming from especially when poor mental health is rampant in America. However, knowing firsthand how implants and "targeting" can affect a person over time, it is really difficult for any one to say conclusively what is really going on. The only people that can are those who possess the technology and they are not about to reveal our worst fears. Pressure must come from the citizens of this country towards the Senate Judiciary Committee to initiate an investigation into these allegations. America, so many are suffering horribly around the clock. These targeted individuals have lost their freedom and physical selves without consent. Given this government's past there is no reason we should not believe this is actually happening. Yes there are patents and declassified army reports proving this technology existed in the 90's so just imagine what has transpired since then. Now can I ask you, do I sound crazy? I have been a victim for 2years since living on a military base with my husband who is a veteran. I am a 31yr old woman that has lost her entire life because someone gave the order to destroy it. Please America, entertain the idea that your very own government is perfecting mind control on countless victims daily and they do not discriminate. You could be next...don't stick your head in the sand.

there are many disinformation specialist both on the internet and in hollywood in order to trivialize the real issue of mind control and psychotronic weapons.. as long as they can get the public to continue to question whether or not these things are really happening they can deceive the masses and get people to believe that the victims of these crimes are mentally ill or dillusional.. the guy who spoke about his cell mate telling of university scientist implanting him with miceochips makes me wonder about the true nature of his post as i know of an actual program of this sort being run by the university of louisville hospital in louisville kentucky.. they have a top secret nano technology implant program where they implant people who the goverment deem a threat to the new world order and then label them psycho schitzo.. they give them radioactive nanochips in the form of a pill that they swallow and place them in an electromagnetic isolation chamber and proceed with the computerized implantation process with the use of a powerful magnet that send the nano chips to whatever desired part of the body and assembles them with the computer program.. the goal is to lower the consciousness of the individual who is implanted and to monitor their thought and interface them with the computers and satellites around the globe for the rest of their lives and even torture them with spasms and various other fuctions of their bodies systems... dont believe this is real??? do your own research.. i was a psych student at the university when i found out about this sick program and an interesting footnote to this is the fact that many of the doctors and nurses involved were jewish.. and you can do the research.. making these people seem crazy when they try to expose this is part of the coverup.. good luck to all who are victims of this insanity...
